Dr Simon Parfitt

Dr Parfitt is a consultant Orthopaedic surgeon. They are experienced in both upper and lower limb trauma and general Orthopaedics. Dr Parfitt has an interest in problems of the knee, hip and shoulder and has competed further subspecialist training in these areas.

Dr Parfitt holds specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority. They are a member of the Australasian Orthopaedic Association and are a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Dr Parfitt works publicly for Queensland Health at the Logan and Redland Hospitals where they are involved in the education and training of medical students, junior staff and future orthopaedic surgeons.
