Dr Shane Prodger

Dr Prodger is an Orthopaedic Surgeon. After completing a degree in Physiotherapy and working both nationally and internationally as a Physiotherapist, Dr Prodger went on to complete their Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery. Dr Prodger provides specialist orthopaedic care in areas of sports and acute injuries, upper limb and lower limb orthopaedic conditions. They have a special interest in sports injuries to the knee and shoulder, joint replacement surgery and reconstructive surgery.

Dr Prodger specialises in joint replacement of the knee, hip and shoulder, knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction of the knee, shoulder surgery, hand surgery and sports injuries.

Dr Prodger is an active member of the medical community. They have an active and ongoing role in teaching and education. Outside of medicine, Dr Prodger enjoys spending time with their family.
