Dr Shadi Hekmat

Dr Shadi Hekmat is a dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare. She is committed to supporting her community with a holistic approach to medicine, focusing on long-term patient relationships and preventative care to ensure the ongoing well-being of her patients.

With a broad range of clinical interests, Dr Hekmat specialises in women's health, children's health, and lifestyle medicine. She is highly skilled in dermatology and skin cancer care, offering expert skin cancer management and performing minor procedures such as skin cancer removals. Additionally, she provides weight management advice, travel medicine consultations, and is experienced in the insertion and removal of Implanon contraceptive devices.

Dr Hekmat completed her medical degree, earning her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She was awarded her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2013.
