Dr Sathya Narayanan

Dr Sathya Narayanan is a highly dedicated Consultant Medical Oncologist and clinical researcher who provides compassionate, patient-centred care. He specialises in diagnosing and treating various forms of cancer, utilising advanced systemic therapies to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients. Dr Narayanan is committed to delivering individualised treatment plans, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive support and clear communication throughout their therapeutic journey.

Dr Narayanan completed his undergraduate and postgraduate medical training at the University of New South Wales, graduating with Distinction in 2016. He subsequently undertook extensive specialty training in Medical Oncology at a major tertiary referral hospital in Sydney. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and continues to contribute to the medical field through advanced doctoral research in medicine, health, and human sciences.

With a strong background in clinical research, Dr Narayanan has a particular interest in breast, lung, and prostate cancers. His clinical practice is supported by his active involvement in clinical trials and research into innovative oncological technologies, such as therapeutic drug monitoring and circulating tumour DNA detection. He is highly skilled in administering a wide range of systemic treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and hormonal therapies, tailoring these interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
