Dr Sarah Naylor

Dr Sarah Naylor is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-focused care. She is passionate about the diverse nature of family medicine, particularly enjoying the diagnostic challenge of identifying conditions at their initial presentation. Dr Naylor strongly believes in the importance of health promotion and disease prevention, working closely with her patients to support their long-term wellness. She values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with individuals and families within the community, ensuring they receive continuous and personalised healthcare.

With a strong focus on holistic family medicine, Dr Naylor has developed a particular clinical interest in women's health. She is highly skilled in managing a wide range of female health concerns, including menopause management, sexual health, and reproductive health. Her clinical expertise extends to performing specialised procedures such as the insertion and removal of intrauterine devices (IUDs), Mirena devices, and contraceptive implants. Through her reassuring and professional approach, she aims to empower women to make informed decisions about their health and well-being at every stage of life.

Dr Naylor obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from Dundee University in Scotland, graduating in 2007. She completed her postgraduate training in the United Kingdom, becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2013. Prior to relocating to Australia, she gained valuable clinical experience working as a General Practitioner in the North West of England. Since moving to Australia, she has practised on Bribie Island and the Sunshine Coast, and she has achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Additionally, Dr Naylor holds a Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFRSH) and has completed advanced training with the British Menopause Society, further enhancing her expertise in specialised women's health services.
