Dr Sarah Hume

Dr Sarah Hume is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong commitment to preventative health and chronic disease management, she enjoys treating a diverse range of presentations within General Practice. Dr Hume is passionate about building meaningful, long-term connections with patients and their families, ensuring they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Throughout her career, Dr Hume has developed particular clinical interests in adolescent and women's health, as well as aged care and palliative care. She is highly skilled in performing thorough skin checks and conducting minor skin procedures. In addition to her clinic-based work, she also provides dedicated medical care to residents within local aged care facilities, demonstrating her broad expertise in managing complex health needs across all stages of life.

Dr Hume completed her medical education at Monash University, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1998. She subsequently undertook extensive clinical training across several major health networks and hospitals before obtaining her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2007. She remains an active member of her professional college, ensuring her practice aligns with the highest standards of modern medicine.
