Dr Sandra Morell

Dr Sandra Morell is a dedicated and highly compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare to patients at all stages of life. With a clinical approach that emphasises the importance of building strong, long-term relationships, she focuses on establishing a warm rapport with her patients to ensure they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. Her diverse medical background allows her to deliver holistic care that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of those she treats.

As a versatile medical professional, Dr Morell has a broad range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on General Medicine, Women's Health, and Children's Health. In addition to her work as a General Practitioner, she is a qualified Psychotherapist, enabling her to offer valuable mental health support. Her clinical capabilities also extend to performing essential procedures such as cervical screenings, pap smears, electrocardiography (ECG), and ear syringing, as well as administering yellow fever vaccinations.

Dr Morell's extensive medical journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, followed by her medical degree (MBBS) from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Master of Medicine in Psychotherapy. Prior to her medical studies, she trained as a Registered Nurse in Singapore and completed midwifery training in Scotland. Dr Morell is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Deeply committed to medical education, she serves as a GP Supervisor and has experience as an Examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, finding great fulfilment in teaching Medical Students and GP Registrars.
