Dr Samir Michael

Dr Samir Michael is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to his patients. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on delivering high-quality medical services that cater to the diverse needs of individuals and families. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine, ensuring that every patient receives personalised attention and tailored treatment plans.

Dr Michael completed his medical degree at Alexandria University, graduating in 1982. Following his graduation, he undertook extensive hospital training, which included focused training in surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). To further enhance his clinical expertise, he also obtained a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) and a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG).

Throughout his career, Dr Michael has developed a broad range of clinical interests. He is particularly passionate about general medicine, women's health, and child health. Additionally, he has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, as well as performing skin cancer surgery. His diverse skill set also extends to administering iron infusions, allowing him to address complex health needs within a primary care setting.
