Ms Sahini Chatterjee

Ms Chatterjee is a registered psychologist who provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their concerns and work towards meaningful change. They believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties and tailor treatment to meet their individual needs. Ms Chatterjee draws upon evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy to help clients develop practical strategies for managing their mental health.

Ms Chatterjee has a particular interest in working with adults experiencing a range of presenting issues. They aim to empower clients to better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and develop skills to manage life's challenges and enhance their overall well-being.
