Dr Ruchika Verma

Dr Ruchika Verma is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services to patients across all life stages. With a patient-centred approach, she focuses on delivering high-quality, tailored medical care that addresses both acute and chronic health needs. Dr Verma is committed to preventive health, helping patients manage their long-term well-being and reduce their risk of illness through proactive guidance and education.

Throughout her career, Dr Verma has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with a strong focus on family medicine. She is highly skilled in Women's Health, offering expert support in family planning, antenatal care, and procedures such as Implanon and Mirena insertions. Her expertise also extends to Child Health and paediatric care, Men's Health, and chronic disease management. Additionally, she performs minor skin procedures, including the excision of skin lesions, and assists patients with immunisations and worker's compensation claims. Dr Verma also contributes to the medical community by supervising General Practice Registrars and Medical Students.

Dr Verma obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours from the University of Sydney in 2008. Committed to continuous professional development, she completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, as well as a Diploma in Child Health. In 2013, she achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her high standards of clinical competence and dedication to the field of General Practice.
