Dr Rohan Rao

Dr Rohan Rao is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. He believes strongly in holistic medicine, ensuring that each patient's physical, mental, and emotional well-being is addressed. With a reassuring and approachable manner, Dr Rao supports individuals and families across all stages of life, from young children to the elderly.

Throughout his career, Dr Rao has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with particular expertise in cardiovascular medicine, mental health, and care of the elderly. He is also highly skilled in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care, including performing ear microsuction to clear wax and treat infections. Additionally, his clinical focus extends to skin checks, immunisations, men's and women's health, and the clinical application of medicinal cannabis.

Dr Rao completed his primary medical degree, qualifying in 2004. He subsequently undertook his specialist General Practitioner training in Lancaster, England, where he obtained his membership with the Royal College of General Practitioners. After relocating to Australia in 2016, he became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He continues to maintain active professional memberships to ensure his practice aligns with the highest standards of modern healthcare.
