Dr Rifat Chaudry

Dr Rifat Chaudry is a highly dedicated Consultant Paediatrician and Specialist in Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. With a compassionate, family-centred approach, she provides comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents experiencing a wide range of general paediatric, respiratory, and sleep concerns. Dr Chaudry adopts a holistic approach to clinical management, ensuring that each child's individual needs remain paramount while delivering practical and sustainable medical care. Her clinical focus encompasses managing acute general paediatric conditions as well as complex respiratory and sleep disorders.

Dr Chaudry completed her medical degree (MBChB) and undertook extensive specialist training in paediatric respiratory and sleep medicine at several leading tertiary and quaternary paediatric centres. She was awarded her Doctorate (MD) from Imperial College London following three years of original research into cardiopulmonary function in children with sickle cell disease. Her research findings have been presented at international conferences and published in high-impact scientific journals. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was honoured with the Michael Blacow Award from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.

Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice, Dr Chaudry is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
