Dr Rati Singh

Dr Rati Singh is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. With a holistic approach to medicine, she works collaboratively with her patients to support their overall health and wellbeing in a respectful and professional manner. Dr Singh is passionate about delivering personalised healthcare services that cater to the diverse needs of the community, ensuring that every individual receives the attention and support they require.

Dr Singh completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in India in 2002, followed by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2007. She subsequently gained valuable international experience working as a Gynaecology Registrar in Iceland before relocating to Australia. To further her expertise in primary care, she completed her comprehensive General Practitioner Training in Toowoomba, Queensland, in 2017.

In her daily practice, Dr Singh offers a comprehensive range of General Practice services, with a particular clinical interest in women's health, family planning, and chronic disease management. Her extensive background in obstetrics and gynaecology enables her to provide specialised care in areas such as the insertion of intrauterine devices (IUDs) and lactation support. Additionally, she is highly skilled in administering iron infusions and managing adult health, aged care, and preventative medicine.

Dr Singh is also dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of diverse patient groups, including providing services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander family wellbeing and health. Her broad scope of practice encompasses men's health, mental health support, immunisations, and palliative care. By focusing on healthy lifestyle promotion, dietetics, and nutrition, she empowers her patients to take an active role in their long-term wellness.
