Dr Rachel Jack

Dr Rachel Jack is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who serves the community of Bathurst. As a Practice Principal, she is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. Dr Jack has a broad clinical background, having gained valuable experience in surgery, emergency medicine, and critical care during her early medical career. Her reassuring and professional approach ensures that patients feel supported and heard throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr Jack completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience before pursuing her medical degree. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Wollongong in 2014, where she studied at the Rural Clinical School in Shoalhaven. To further her professional development and ensure the highest standards of care, she obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

With a diverse range of clinical interests, Dr Jack provides specialised care tailored to the unique needs of her patients. She has a strong focus on women's health, including antenatal care and intrauterine device (IUD) insertions, for which she has completed specialised training. Additionally, she is highly skilled in skin cancer management, minor surgical procedures, and supporting the health of local primary producers. Outside of her clinical practice, Dr Jack enjoys spending time outdoors on her family farm, horse riding, and cooking.
