Dr Pragya Noopur

Dr Pragya Noopur is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who brings a holistic approach to patient care. Driven by a genuine passion for person-to-person interaction, she thoroughly enjoys her daily engagements with patients and is deeply committed to supporting both their physical and mental wellbeing. Dr Noopur believes that her patients are her greatest teachers, finding immense satisfaction in making a positive, lasting impact on their health and learning something new from them every day.

Dr Noopur completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at a medical college in Aligarh, India, qualifying in 2001. She subsequently relocated to the United Kingdom in 2004, where she undertook her General Practice training in Glasgow. She attained her Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2009. Additionally, she holds a Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG) and a Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH). Upon moving to Australia, she was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

In her clinical practice, Dr Noopur focuses on a broad range of general medicine services, with particular clinical interests in chronic disease management, women's health, and weight loss. Her comprehensive approach ensures that patients receive tailored, evidence-based care for their long-term health needs. Outside of her professional life, she devotes her time to her family, including her twin boys, and enjoys embarking on outdoor adventures and travelling around Australia.
