Dr Phillipa Malouf

Dr Phillipa Malouf is a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner who is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a diverse clinical background that spans multiple medical disciplines, she is committed to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families through all stages of life. Dr Malouf takes a holistic approach to healthcare, combining her extensive clinical knowledge with a reassuring and empathetic manner to ensure her patients feel fully supported and empowered.

Dr Malouf completed her medical education at the University of New South Wales, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with Honours, alongside a Bachelor of Science (Medicine) in 1994. Following her graduation, she undertook several years of hospital-based training before pursuing advanced studies in sexual health, obtaining a Diploma of Sexual Health. Her diverse training also includes a year working in London within a specialised mental health unit focusing on eating disorders and general psychiatry, followed by further postgraduate training in psychiatry upon her return to Australia. Dr Malouf is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her high standards of clinical expertise.

Throughout her career, Dr Malouf has successfully integrated her specialised training in mental health and sexual health into her daily General Practice. She has a particular clinical interest in women's health, paediatrics, and mental health, alongside general medicine. By drawing on her multifaceted background, she is able to offer highly personalised care plans that address both the physical and emotional aspects of her patients' health. Whether managing chronic conditions, supporting mental well-being, or providing preventative family medicine, Dr Malouf strives to deliver the highest standard of medical care.
