Dr Peter Richter

Dr Peter Richter is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare. He takes a holistic approach to medicine, ensuring that individuals and families receive personalised care tailored to their unique health needs. Known for his reassuring and professional manner, Dr Richter focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with his patients to support them through every stage of their health journey.

Dr Richter began his academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. He then completed his medical training, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Wollongong in 2016. After completing his residency training in Queensland, he pursued further postgraduate training and obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2021.

Throughout his career, Dr Richter has developed in-depth knowledge in general medicine, emergency medicine, and surgery. His clinical interests span a wide range of general practice services, with a particular focus on men's health, chronic disease management, and preventative care. He is also highly proficient in conducting comprehensive skin cancer checks and administering iron infusions, ensuring his patients receive thorough and well-rounded medical support.
