Dr Peter Lorenz

Dr Peter Lorenz is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a broad clinical focus, he is committed to supporting patients of all ages and backgrounds through every stage of their health journey. Dr Lorenz adopts a holistic approach to medicine, ensuring that each individual receives personalised treatment tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle. Throughout his career, Dr Lorenz has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with particular expertise in chronic disease management, preventative health, and musculoskeletal medicine. He has an established background in sports medicine, having previously worked with international sports teams to manage training and injuries, as well as serving as a Volunteer Medical Officer during major international athletic events. His practice also encompasses women's health, child and adolescent health, mental health support, aged care, skin cancer assessments, and minor surgical procedures.

Dr Lorenz holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He also holds a Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DObstRCOG). In addition to his clinical work, Dr Lorenz is deeply committed to medical education. He has served as a Teacher and Examiner for professional medical colleges and has held academic roles as a Clinical Bedside Tutor and Lecturer at several prominent universities and teaching hospitals, helping to shape the next generation of medical professionals.
