Dr Peta Cornwall is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who is deeply committed to providing comprehensive family medicine. With a strong drive and enthusiasm for all aspects of primary care, she delivers patient-centred healthcare that focuses on long-term well-being. Her clinical approach is characterised by a thorough and reassuring manner, ensuring that patients of all ages receive the highest standard of medical attention.

Dr Cornwall obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and has achieved dual specialist fellowships. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM). In addition to her clinical qualifications, she is highly active in professional networks, collaborating closely with regional primary health organisations on key initiatives such as cancer screening quality improvement activities and respiratory health programmes.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr Cornwall is a passionate Medical Educator and leader in the training of future healthcare professionals. She serves as a General Practitioner Supervisor and Examiner for several prominent medical colleges and training organisations, including the Remote Vocational Training Scheme.
