Dr Soysa obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Ceylon, qualifying in 1973. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, she became a Member of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners in 1982 and was awarded her Fellowship in 1992. She is also an active member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, continuously engaging with the latest advancements in primary care to benefit her patients.
