Dr Nam Phan

Dr Nam Phan is a dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive and holistic care to his patients. With a proactive, team-based approach, Dr Phan works collaboratively with individuals and families to help them achieve and maintain optimal health. He is highly regarded for his reassuring manner and his ability to address a wide range of medical concerns across all stages of life.

His broad clinical experience spans all facets of General Practice, with a particular focus on preventative medicine and family health. Dr Phan is experienced in conducting baby checks and administering childhood immunisations, as well as managing family planning and sexual health. Additionally, he provides dedicated support in aged care and chronic disease management, ensuring that patients with complex health needs receive continuous, high-quality care.

Beyond general consultations, Dr Phan performs skin checks and various minor surgical procedures. These include cryotherapy, skin excisions, joint injections, and the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants. He is also an authorised s100 prescriber for Hepatitis B and HIV, allowing him to provide specialised management for these conditions.

Dr Phan completed his medical education at the University of New South Wales, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and actively contributes to the profession as a Medical Examiner for the college.
