Dr Mohit Sharma

Dr Mohit Sharma is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to supporting and encouraging his patients to achieve positive health outcomes. Dr Sharma completed his initial medical training at Rajasthan University in India. Following his relocation to Australia, he pursued further academic excellence, obtaining a Master of Science in Population Health from the University of Wollongong in 2009. He went on to achieve his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2018, alongside a Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice (FARGP). These qualifications reflect his deep commitment to maintaining the highest standards of primary care.

Throughout his career, Dr Sharma has gained diverse clinical experience by practising in various settings across Launceston, Hobart, Sydney, and rural Victoria. This broad exposure has equipped him with a versatile skill set, particularly in managing complex health conditions in both metropolitan and rural communities. He has developed key clinical interests in Paediatrics, Men's Health, Women's Health, and Chronic Disease Management, allowing him to deliver holistic and preventative healthcare to a diverse patient population.
