Dr Margot Doherty

Dr Margot Doherty is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Doherty has worked across both rural and metropolitan settings, gaining valuable experience in managing a diverse range of health conditions and delivering high-quality primary care.

Dr Doherty completed her medical studies at James Cook University, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2015. Committed to clinical excellence, she went on to obtain her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2020. To further enhance her clinical expertise, she has also completed a Diploma in Child Health and a Certificate in Primary Care Dermatology.
