Dr Mansi Patel

Dr Mansi Patel is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare with a strong emphasis on holistic wellbeing. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their health concerns. By combining clinical expertise with a highly personalised approach, Dr Patel ensures that each patient receives tailored care that promotes long-term wellness and empowers them to manage their health effectively.

Dr Patel completed her medical training at the University of Otago in New Zealand, graduating with her medical degree in 2006. Following her graduation, she relocated to Victoria, where she gained extensive clinical experience working across various metropolitan and rural hospitals, including intensive care units. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Patel is actively involved in medical education, serving as an accredited GP Supervisor to mentor the next generation of General Practitioners, as well as an Examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Patel enjoys all aspects of family medicine and treats both acute and chronic conditions. She has developed particular clinical interests in preventative medicine, mental health, and women's health, including family planning. Additionally, she is highly skilled in performing skin checks using dermoscopy for the early detection of skin cancers, and she is fully trained to perform Implanon contraceptive insertions and removals. Her thorough and evidence-based approach ensures that patients of all backgrounds receive the highest standard of care.
