Dr Madeleine Max

Dr Madeleine Max is a dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. With a strong focus on preventative medicine, education, and proactive health management, she is committed to empowering her patients to make informed decisions about their long-term wellbeing. Dr Max enjoys all aspects of general practice, delivering compassionate and evidence-based care tailored to meet the unique needs of patients at every stage of life.

Throughout her career, Dr Max has developed a particular interest in women's and children's health. She offers a wide range of specialised services, including family planning, contraceptive advice, and antenatal care, alongside menopause management and support for conditions such as endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Additionally, she is skilled in paediatric care, chronic disease management, and mental health support. Her clinical expertise also extends to skin cancer medicine, where she performs thorough skin checks and simple surgical excisions, as well as administering iron infusions and providing travel medicine advice.

Dr Max completed her Bachelor of Medical Science with Honours at the University of New South Wales, followed by her postgraduate medical degree at the University of Notre Dame, qualifying in 2013. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Committed to continuous professional development, she has completed additional training to obtain the FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health, as well as a Certificate in Dermoscopy, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of clinical care.
