Dr Lisa Mossop

Dr Lisa Mossop is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families. With a patient-centred approach, she focuses on helping and educating her patients across a wide variety of general practice presentations. Dr Mossop believes in fostering strong, long-term relationships with her patients to support their ongoing health and well-being.

Dr Mossop began her academic journey at the University of Technology Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2001. After working in laboratory sciences, she pursued her medical training, obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Honours) from The University of Sydney in 2010. She completed her internship and residency training within local hospital networks in Sydney before completing her specialist general practice training. Dr Mossop is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds a postgraduate Diploma of Child Health.

In her clinical practice, Dr Mossop enjoys managing all aspects of general medicine, with a particular interest in preventative care and patient education. She has developed special clinical interests in women's health and children's health, allowing her to provide tailored care to patients at all stages of life. Her thorough and reassuring approach ensures that patients receive the guidance and support necessary to make informed decisions about their health.
