Dr Kylie Ozen

Dr Kylie Ozen is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who brings a unique and diverse background to her medical career. Prior to pursuing medicine, she worked as an environmental lawyer, a professional experience that enhances her analytical approach and dedication to patient advocacy. As a mother of three, Dr Ozen understands the practical realities of family life, allowing her to deliver highly empathetic, patient-centred care. She is passionate about general medicine and is committed to supporting patients through all stages of life with a friendly and reassuring approach.

Dr Ozen completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of New South Wales, qualifying in 2013. Following her graduation, she undertook two years of comprehensive hospital training, gaining valuable clinical experience across various medical disciplines. Her postgraduate hospital rotations included terms in obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, aged care, respiratory medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine. This extensive foundational training has equipped her with a robust clinical skillset to manage a wide array of acute and chronic presentations.

In her daily practice, Dr Ozen focuses on delivering comprehensive family medicine. She has developed strong clinical interests in women's health, children's health, mental health, aged care, and managing the health of people with disabilities. She is particularly passionate about supporting patients with complex conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic pain, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Additionally, she provides essential preventative care services, including travel vaccinations, yellow fever immunisations, specialist wound management, and surgical treatments for skin cancer.
