Dr Kiran Sarathy

Dr Kiran Sarathy is a highly accomplished and reassuring Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist who specialises in coronary and structural heart interventions. Known for his patient-centred approach, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based cardiac care that prioritises the long-term health and well-being of his patients. Dr Sarathy focuses on the prevention of cardiovascular disease, helping individuals manage their heart health proactively while offering expert guidance through complex cardiac conditions.

Dr Sarathy completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of New South Wales in 2010. He subsequently achieved his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2017. Committed to academic excellence, he also attained a Master of Clinical Trials Research from the University of Sydney. To further refine his skills, Dr Sarathy undertook extensive subspeciality fellowship training in interventional cardiology, completing advanced programmes at leading cardiac centres in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. He holds a specialist designation as a Diplomate of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (DRCPSC) from his international training.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Sarathy is deeply committed to medical education and cardiovascular research. He serves as a Conjoint Senior Lecturer, mentoring future medical professionals, and is recognised as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA). His clinical expertise is supported by formal accreditation from the Conjoint Committee for Reporting Cardiac CT in Australia. Dr Sarathy is also a Fellow of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (FCSANZ), reflecting his ongoing dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cardiovascular medicine.
