Dr Kevindhra Naicker

Dr Kevindhra Naicker is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Naicker began his medical journey by completing a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Physiology at the University of Durban-Westville. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine in South Africa. After relocating to Australia, he successfully completed his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Committed to continuous professional development, Dr Naicker holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. He is also a member of the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME) and is recognised as a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME). Additionally, he is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), and serves as an Examining Medical Officer (EMO) and Supervising Medical Officer (SMO) for the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy.

Throughout his career, Dr Naicker has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. He has extensive experience in occupational health, where he performs independent medical and impairment evaluations to assist with workplace safety and rehabilitation. His other key areas of focus include dermatology, neuropharmacology, and family medicine. Prior to his work in Australia, Dr Naicker also served as a Police Doctor in South Africa, which provided him with unique insights into acute care and forensic medicine. Whether managing chronic conditions, conducting aviation medicals, or addressing everyday family health concerns, he remains focused on delivering the highest standards of medical care.
