Dr Ely obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Dhaka Medical College in 1987. To further her expertise, she completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Dip. O&G) and a Diploma in Dermatology and Venereology (DDV). Demonstrating her commitment to clinical excellence, she holds prestigious fellowships with both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FRNZCGP).
