Dr Katryna Zabidi

Dr Katryna Zabidi is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing inclusive, comprehensive, and patient-centred care. She strongly believes in a collaborative and non-judgemental approach, ensuring that every patient feels heard, respected, and actively involved in their healthcare journey. Her practice is guided by a passion for supporting diverse communities and delivering high-quality primary care tailored to individual needs.

With a broad range of clinical interests, Dr Zabidi has developed particular expertise in sexual and reproductive health, LGBTIQA+ health, and periconception medicine. She is a strong advocate for women's reproductive choices and is highly trained in managing unintended pregnancies, as well as being accredited for contraceptive implant procedures. Additionally, she provides comprehensive antenatal shared care in collaboration with major maternity hospitals, and has extensive experience in family medicine, emergency medicine, and aged care.

Dr Zabidi obtained her primary medical qualification, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of the Art of Obstetrics (MB BCh BAO), from the National University of Ireland and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, graduating in 2010. To further her commitment to excellence in primary care, she achieved fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, holding the title of Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
