About Dr Katie Mellor (she/her)
Dr Katie Mellor (she/her), a graduate of the University of Leeds, UK, in 2009, achieved Fellowship as a GP in the UK in 2014 and following her relocation to Melbourne, gained fellowship to RACGP in 2015.
With a focus on sexual health, transgender health, mental health, obstetrics/gynecology, as well as being an advocate for the LGBTQI+ community, Dr. Mellor has contributed her expertise as a GP at Headspace, a youth mental health service.
Holding a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the UK, Dr Mellor offers Shared Maternity Care in collaboration with the Royal Women's Hospital, specialising in the insertion of IUDs.
