Dr Kane Lavender

Dr Kane Lavender is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a diverse medical background, he initially served in the Australian Army as a Logistics Officer before transitioning to healthcare, where he continued his service as an Army Doctor. This unique experience has given him a profound understanding of discipline, resilience, and the diverse healthcare needs of service personnel and the wider community. Today, he is committed to delivering high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, while also serving as a primary General Practitioner Supervisor to support trainee Doctors in completing their specialist training.

In his clinical practice, Dr Lavender focuses on a broad range of medical areas to ensure holistic care for his patients. He has a particular interest in Men's Health, Paediatrics, and Chronic Disease Management, helping patients navigate long-term health journeys with empathy and expertise. Additionally, his background and interests extend to Sports Injuries, Veterans' Health, and General Medicine, including Skin Cancer checks. Dr Lavender is passionate about preventative medicine and works collaboratively with his patients to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Dr Lavender completed his medical education at Sydney University, graduating in 2005. Following his university studies and clinical training, he attained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2011. He maintains active professional memberships and continuously updates his clinical knowledge to provide evidence-based, modern medical care.
