Dr Joseph Cordaro

Dr Joseph Cordaro is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing the highest calibre of care to all of his patients. With a focus on comprehensive family medicine, he supports individuals and families through every stage of life. Dr Cordaro is passionate about the continual quality improvement of healthcare services and has actively contributed to the medical community by serving on several health boards and committees, including as a Board Director for a regional division of general practice.

Dr Cordaro completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney, graduating in 1989. Following his initial medical training at a major tertiary hospital, he completed the family medicine programme and went on to obtain his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1994. Furthering his academic and clinical expertise, he also earned a Master of Medical Science in Clinical Epidemiology in 2002.

In his clinical practice, Dr Cordaro offers a broad range of primary care services. His areas of clinical interest encompass general medicine, family medicine, aged care, and men's health. He is also highly experienced in managing children's health, providing childhood immunisations, performing minor procedures, conducting skin checks, and offering travel medicine advice.
