Dr Darke completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1999. He subsequently undertook advanced training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at prominent tertiary hospitals, achieving his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2008. Additionally, he is accredited by the Conjoint Committee for Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and is an active member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia.
