Dr Jill McDonell is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Throughout her career, Dr McDonell has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. She is particularly passionate about preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and mental health. Her expertise also spans family medicine, including child health and immunisation, women's health, and men's health. Additionally, she provides specialised care in seniors' health, sexual health, skin cancer care, and travel medicine, including travel vaccinations. Dr McDonell completed her medical training at the University of New South Wales, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1981. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of general practice, she obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 1992. Demonstrating her dedication to sports medicine, she also achieved a Fellowship of the Australasian College of Sports Physicians in 1997, qualifying her as a Sports Medicine Physician.
