Ms Jenny Clavio

Ms Clavio is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and College of Organisational Psychologists (COPs). They have experience in organisational psychology, human resource consulting and training. Their expertise includes designing and developing various organisational interventions, including culture reviews, training needs assessments, assessment and development centres, and organisational development programmes. They have also conducted training and group facilitation on management and leadership skills, group problem-solving, wellbeing and resilience, conflict resolution and team building. Their skills in psychological assessment and interpretation are also used in leadership coaching and development programmes.
