Raised in Malaysia, she relocated to Perth, where she has since established herself as a trusted medical professional. Dr Lin Teang is a strong advocate for preventative medicine, utilising a holistic approach to manage her patients' health and well-being. Dr Lin Teang completed her tertiary medical education at the University of Tasmania, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Following her graduation, she pursued further training and successfully obtained her professional accreditation with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, she regularly participates in continuing professional development to stay at the forefront of General Practice.

With a broad range of clinical expertise, Dr Lin Teang has developed a particular interest in women's health and reproductive medicine. She has undertaken advanced training to offer specialised procedures, including the insertion and removal of both Implanon and Mirena contraceptive devices. Additionally, she is highly skilled in skin health and is certified to administer Yellow Fever Vaccinations, providing comprehensive care that addresses both everyday health concerns and specialised medical needs.
