He has supported thousands of families on their fertility journeys, providing compassionate, patient-centred care characterised by openness, honesty, and meticulous attention to detail.
Dr. Persson has extensive expertise in reproductive genetics, as well as male and female infertility surgery, and has contributed to research in these areas. Notably, in 1998, he was among the pioneers to routinely transfer blastocyst-stage embryos, working alongside David Mortimer.
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Persson enjoys the Mediterranean lifestyle and diet, cycling trips to Italy, following the Tour de France, and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
