Dr Jane Healy

Dr Jane Healy is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families in Glen Iris, Australia. With a holistic approach to medicine, she is committed to supporting her patients through all stages of life, ensuring they receive personalised and reassuring medical guidance. Dr Healy enjoys all aspects of general practice, fostering strong, long-term relationships with those under her care.

Dr Healy completed her medical education at the University of Tasmania, graduating in 2001. Following her initial training, she went on to obtain her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2008. In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed to the medical community by educating medical students in Tasmania, before relocating to Melbourne to continue her career in general practice, where she became a Practice Partner in 2014.

While highly skilled in all areas of family medicine, Dr Healy has developed a strong clinical interest in women's health, adolescent health, and paediatrics. She is particularly passionate about community health education and actively collaborates with local schools. Through these partnerships, she conducts informative sessions and open discussions for students, with a focus on addressing common health topics and supporting senior students during challenging academic periods.
