Dr Earnshaw obtained his medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2000. Following his graduation, he undertook specialist training in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery across several major hospitals, culminating in a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in 2009. To further refine his expertise, he completed advanced subspecialty training in London, where he focused on rhinology, sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, and anterior skull base surgery. He is an active member of several professional bodies, including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Australasian Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and the Australia and New Zealand Rhinologic Society.
