Dr Jake Parker

Dr Jake Parker is a dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centred care. He believes in building strong, ongoing professional relationships with his patients, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their healthcare journey. With a focus on improving overall well-being and quality of life, Dr Parker delivers high-quality medical care tailored to the unique needs of individuals and their families.

Dr Parker completed his medical studies at the University of New South Wales, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Doctor of Medicine. He is currently practising as a GP Registrar. Following his graduation, he gained valuable clinical experience working in major tertiary hospitals, focusing on acute medicine and surgery. He later relocated to Western Australia to undertake his specialised General Practice training, during which he also provided medical support alongside defence force personnel.

Throughout his career, Dr Parker has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. He is particularly passionate about mental health, drug and alcohol medicine, and paediatrics. His holistic approach to healthcare allows him to address both acute and chronic conditions effectively, helping patients navigate complex health challenges with empathy and professional expertise. Outside of his clinical practice, he enjoys reading, playing the guitar, and practising meditation to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
