Dr Jacquelyn Thomson

Dr Jacquelyn Thomson is a highly dedicated Medical Oncologist who provides compassionate, patient-centred care. Specialising in the diagnosis and management of various cancers, Dr Thomson is particularly focused on the treatment of early and advanced breast cancer. She is committed to delivering personalised treatment plans that prioritise both clinical efficacy and the overall well-being of her patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr Thomson graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia in 1992. She subsequently relocated to Melbourne to complete her specialist training in Medical Oncology, obtaining her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2000. Her postgraduate training was further enriched by clinical research fellowships at major metropolitan hospitals and leading cancer research centres. Dr Thomson maintains active professional memberships with several prestigious organisations, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), and the Medical Oncology Group of Australia (MOGA).
