Associate Professor David Pook is a medical oncologist specialising in the treatment of cancers affecting the kidney, bladder, prostate, testicles, and bowel. In addition to his clinical practice, A/Prof Pook serves as a Clinical Research Fellow within the Prostate and Breast Cancer Research Group at Monash University. He plays a pivotal role in developing prostate cancer models for testing novel treatments at Monash University.

His educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Medical Oncology from the University of Melbourne.
