Dr Andrew Byrne

Mr Andrew Byrne is an Australian-trained orthopaedic surgeon who has completed interstate and overseas fellowships. He is actively involved within the medical community and trains overseas fellows.

He is also Chairman to overseas meetings and is involved in prosthetic development and surgical techniques for sports injuries and joint replacement. Robotic knee resurfacing/replacement has become his treatment of choice for arthritic knees that warrant this intervention, but should any lesser treatment be necessary, then this would be considered at the time of consultation.

With over 20 years’ experience working as an orthopaedic surgeon, Mr Andrew Byrne has watched innumerable patients regain full and comfortable mobility back in their limbs, putting that spark in their step once again.
