Dr Hazel Chamberlain

Dr Hazel Chamberlain is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families. With a deep commitment to patient-centred care, she focuses on supporting patients through all stages of life, from childhood through to the senior years. Dr Chamberlain is passionate about helping her patients live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives by working collaboratively with them to manage their health and wellbeing.

Her clinical practice covers a broad spectrum of general medicine, with particular areas of clinical interest in family health, women's health, and ageing well. Dr Chamberlain is highly experienced in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and osteoporosis, and she has a strong focus on aged care and travel medicine. She finds great reward in the opportunity to care for entire families, often across multiple generations, establishing long-term relationships built on trust and mutual respect.

Dr Chamberlain completed her medical training at the University of Queensland, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, she is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Clinical Occupational Medicine and is an active member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine.
