Ms Georgia Riordan

Ms Georgia Riordan is a warm and compassionate Psychologist who specialises in providing person-centred, inclusive, and affirmative care. Working as a Clinical Psychologist Registrar, she is dedicated to supporting young people and adults through individual therapy. Ms Riordan adopts a holistic approach to mental health, recognising the interpersonal, cultural, systemic, and social factors that shape each individual's identity, challenges, and overall well-being.

In her clinical practice, Ms Riordan supports clients presenting with a diverse range of concerns. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, life transitions, gender identity, sexuality, relationship and attachment difficulties, low self-esteem, body image concerns, and perfectionism. She is also highly experienced in working with neurodivergence, including autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Ms Riordan is committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences with openness and curiosity, utilising evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Ms Riordan completed her academic training with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and subsequently obtained her Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) in 2025. As a registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist Registrar, she has gained valuable experience working across both public and private healthcare settings. She remains committed to professional development and collaborative care, tailoring her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique goals and lived experiences of each client.
