Dr Foti Sofiadellis

Dr. Foti Sofiadellis is an Australian-trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive experience in body contouring, cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, cosmetic facial surgery, microsurgery, hands, and skin cancer treatment.

He graduated with MBChB in 2001, earning honours in Anatomy, and proceeded to gain further clinical experience in major Melbourne hospitals. Dr. Sofiadellis was selected by the Royal Australian College of Surgeons for specialty training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2013, where he achieved specialist recognition and FRACS.

Following his specialist qualification, Dr. Sofiadellis trained at Guy's and St Thomas', Great Ormond Street, and Imperial College Health hospitals in London, where he honed his skills in complex reconstruction of breast, upper and lower extremities, and head and neck regions.

An active academic, Dr. Sofiadellis has contributed significantly to plastic surgery research, with over one hundred citations in peer-reviewed publications. He has presented his work at international conferences and is involved in teaching at prestigious institutions, including King's College London and previously holding an honorary contract at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Dr. Sofiadellis is also an examiner at University College London Medical School.

He is passionate about innovation in plastic surgery and maintains appointments at various public and private hospitals in Melbourne, where he combines his extensive clinical expertise with a commitment to the education of the next generation of surgeons.
