Eva Huang is an empathetic and passionate Registered Counsellor with a strong academic background and extensive clinical experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Melbourne. Her honours research, “How do people schedule multiple tasks? Optimality of Human Scheduling in Typing Task,” underscores her deep interest in behavioural-cognitive psychology, which she continues to explore through hands-on practice and research.
Eva is actively engaged in a range of clinical work, offering support for emotion management, relationship issues, self-exploration, and personal growth for both adolescents and adults. She has led numerous mental health workshops on mindfulness, emotion regulation, and cognitive emotion management at universities and through her work with Mindspace Consulting. Specialising in practical psychological support, she effectively works with individuals from multicultural backgrounds, as well as students.
