Practitioner was attentive. ? Lack of Experience due to age difference in life matters!
Good experience but need to be prepared to be open with counselor
I didn’t believe that connecting via zoom would be of any benifit, however I did find that my anxiety was not as heightened and I was lucky to get someone that I was comfortable to talk to first time round. This is very very rare and has been one of the main reasons I’ve never bothered with seeking help, as you grow tired of reliving everything you want to heel from trying to find someone your comfortable talking to. As I said I got lucky so for the first time ever I can say I had a good experience here. I’ve seeked professional help since and have not had the same luck ever again
